WE WIN Rites of Passage Program: Culture. Confidence. Community.

The WE WIN Rites of Passage Program is a year-round, Afro-centric experience designed to nurture leadership, cultural pride, and academic growth in Black youth. Through seasonal events like Kwanzaa and Harvest Fest, along with literacy and tutoring support, hands-on technology access, and culturally rooted learning, students explore their identity, build confidence, and stay connected to their community.
